IEQUIPMENT CO., LTD. was founded in 2006 in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, China. Two decades later the company runs a 20,000 square meter manufacturing site producing aluminum and stainless steel racks, enclosed transport cabinets, shelving and material handling carts for the foodservice industry.

Where we are

Jiaxing sits between Shanghai and Hangzhou, roughly 90 minutes by road from Shanghai port and close to Ningbo port. That position keeps inland haulage short, which matters when you ship full containers of light but bulky equipment.

The production floor

Tube cutting and bending

Aluminum and stainless tube is cut to length, then bent on programmable benders that hold a repeatable radius across a batch. Jigs are built for each frame so that a 40 pan rack and a small utility cart share the same accuracy standard.

Welding and fixtures

Frames are welded in fixtures that lock the posts square before the first tack. Welds are dressed at the joints where hands and pans make contact, which is where a rough weld becomes a cut glove or a snagged pan.

Surface treatment

Aluminum frames are cleaned and finished for food contact use. Steel frames are phosphated and powder-coated, then cured so the coating survives carts, loading docks and washdown rooms.

Casters, assembly and inspection

Racks are fitted with soft rubber or hard nylon casters, brakes where requested, and pan stops where the application calls for them. Every rack is checked for squareness, shelf seating and free caster rotation before it is packed.

Quality control in practice

• Incoming material checks on tube wall thickness and alloy.

• First article inspection on every new frame design.

• Load testing on sample racks from each production batch.

• Coating thickness checks on powder-coated parts.

• pre-shipment inspection with photographs before container loading.

Export and container loading

More than 90 percent of our output is exported, mostly to North America, with regular shipments to Europe and Australia. We supply both assembled racks and knock-down flat-packed racks, and our loading team produces a container loading plan for every order so that you know exactly how many units fit before you book freight.

OEM and ODM

A large share of our production carries our customers own branding. We can work from your drawing, from a sample you send us, or from a specification document. Tooling, color, packaging and carton marking can all be tailored, and we keep the tooling for repeat orders.
