What This Photo Shows

This is our finished goods warehouse in Jiaxing, photographed the day before an export shipment. On the left, cartons of knock-down aluminum pan racks are stacked and strapped by model. In the center, completed racks sit on pallets under stretch wrap, ready to be loaded. A forklift works the aisle between them, moving pallets from the packing line to the staging area at the dock.

Seeing this stage matters if you are buying in volume. It shows how your order is handled after production and before it reaches the container: how the racks are grouped, how the cartons are stacked, and how the pallets are wrapped. We photograph each finished batch like this and send the images to the buyer, so you know the order is complete and packed correctly before it leaves the factory.

Aluminum Racks Built for Freight and Handling

Every rack in the stack is welded from aluminum square tube, with welded angle slides that hold each pan level under a full load. Aluminum will not rust in coolers, freezers or wash down areas, and it stays light enough for one operator to move the rack when it is loaded. Finished racks roll on 5 inch polyurethane casters, the standard wheel we fit across our pan and lug rack range.
