Construction

The frame is welded from aluminum square tube with welded angle slides that keep every pan level under full load. Aluminum keeps the rack light enough for one operator to move when loaded, and it will not rust in coolers, freezers or wash-down areas. Heavy-Duty stem casters bolt through the frame base for a stronger mount than plate casters, and 5" PU wheels roll smoothly on tile and concrete.

Knock-Down Shipping

All four models ship knock-down: frames and slides flat-pack into cartons and assemble in minutes with basic tools. KD packing cuts container volume sharply, so a 40'HQ carries more racks at lower freight per unit.

A: It fits standard 18" x 26" full-size bun pans; the 9-tier and 7-tier models also accept half-size pans.

Q: Is the square top different from the round top model?
A: The frame and capacity are the same - the square top gives a flatter surface for covers and accessories; the round top adds strength where covers are pulled tight.

Q: Can I mix models in one container?
A: Yes. Knock-down packing lets us consolidate 20, 12, 9 and 7 tier units, pans and covers into one 40'HQ.
