Aluminum Bun Pan, 18" x 26" Full Size

The aluminum bun pan - also called a sheet pan - is the most used pan in any commercial bakery or kitchen. Our pans are pressed from aluminum with a sanitary, safe-edged, fingertip-grip design: edges are smooth all around so staff can handle pans quickly, and every surface wipes clean with minimal effort.

Buyers also search these as full size sheet pans, bakery pans or commercial baking trays - we offer four North American sizes and a European size for export programs.

Construction

Each pan is stamped from food-grade aluminum with smooth, rounded edges. Aluminum is lightweight, conducts heat evenly for consistent baking, and will not rust in humid or wash-down environments. The safe-edged rim removes sharp burrs, protecting hands during loading, unloading and washing.
